    ... Marlin 1894 44 Mag w/microgroove barrel up for sale. Comes with:

    • Marlin 1894 :)
    • Williams Peep Sight
    • LeverScout mount w/RWS Scope
    • 50 rounds of brass (if you don't reload let me know as I wouldn't mind keepin' these)
    • Case
    • Swivels & studs (for sling)
    • Dovetail slot blank

    What's the year of manufacture? Can probably tell by subtracting the first two digits of the serial number on the tang and subtracting from 2000.

    If that's how you calculate it she was manufactured in 1977 (1st two are "23"). I can post a pic if that's helpful. I forgot to add this is the pre-safety version if that wasn't already distinguishable in the pic.

    As far as 100 yrd accuracy, the gun-range I go to is only 50 yards long. In case it helps I took my wife out last weekend (who hardly ever shoots) and she put two outta four shots within an an inch of the bulls-eye at 50 yards :)
