Winchester Model 1894 in 30-30, serial from 1960.

I just never get out to shoot this, it's a Winchester Model 1894 in 30-30, I ran the serial when I bought it years ago and it comes back as 1960. I also have 300 rounds from various manufacturers, I'd like to sell it all together.
I am on the west side of Indianapolis.
I'd like to sell the rifle and ammo together as I don't have anything else in 30-30. I'll let it go for $500 as a lot. As you can tell from the one photo, there is a bit of surface rust which a little sanding and bluing should remedy.
