Factory barrel? Is the action trued?

    From the rifle owner/ builder:
The stock is completely rigid and the barrel free floats. The barrel was cut down, and recrowned for more rigidity and less barrel whip without loss in velocity. The way I understand it, the gunsmith trued and accurized the action by taking the custom bolt and lapping it, and reamed the raceway, adjusted the head spacing to create tighter tolerances and greater accuracy
