SOLD to 40calPUNISHER - It comes with the box, paperwork, lock, bag...everything it came with new. I have not fired this rifle. It does have an "idiot" mark, on the barrel, just under the rear sight where a local "gunsmith" attempted to center the rear sight with the wrong tool. It's cosmetic, and does not effect function, but that is the reason for my reduced asking price of $225., for a new, unfired rifle!
