SOLD, Wards Western Field Model 38 .22LR Target Rifle. Estimated 1933-1935 years of production. This rifle is in good condition (very good really) with a bright shiny bore showing great rifling, barrel and receiver show some faded bluing but no bare metal. The stock is drilled and weighted, be it by the factory or someone's crack-shot grandfather is unknown. Single shot, you pull back on the bolt to charge the rifle. It's a rare bird and pretty cool. Crosses over to a Mossberg model 21.
Great youth training rifle, and an interesting collectors piece, I've never seen another one. Downsizing in retirement so I have to part with a few.
SOLD Face to face in Fishers, IN. Cash only, first "I'll take it" gets it. Feel free to PM me via INGO mail. Indiana LTCH requested upon delivery. Thanks for looking, Jim
