DEAL PENDING
I am looking to liquidate my M1A collection as I no longer shoot them. Both are sub 200,000 serial number. USGI trigger groups and safeties are in both as well. I think these are better built than the current offerings of Springfield.
The SOCOM is in a VLTOR Modstock chassis. This is the newer version that is made from a proprietary mold and not a cut down USGI fiberglass stock. These are much stronger as I know as I had an original cut down USGI that cracked. Info:https://www.vltor.com/shop/m14m1a/stock-systems/m1s-m14-improved-stock-system/ These cost $500 new.
The Standard comes equipped with a Bassett Standard High Mount. Info:http://www.bassettmachine.com/prod_home_buynow.htm Mounted in an USGI stock with the correct Circle P and cartouches.
Round counts are low on both rifles. Standard:~50 Socom:~250
Serial #
-Socom 181,XXX year-2005
-Standard 197,XXX year-2006
Extras:
-5xCMI 25rd mags
-5x20rd mags(3xCMI,1xW-marked,1xBRW S-1marked)
-4 extra stocks(1xUSGI Fiberglass,1xUSGI Surplus wood,1xSA wood stock,1xSA polymer stock) *sling not included
-SEI Socom Gas Lock w/M14 Standard front sight
-USGI Combo tool
-2x4/5rd mags
-Springfield Armory Scount Mount w/handguard
I would like to sell this as a complete package. I am asking [STRIKE]$3,100[/STRIKE]$3,000 for the complete package for both rifles. With all the extras included, you are getting each rifle for $1000 a piece. I think my price is more than fair. If asking price is met, I will throw in 100rds of Mil-surp 7.62x51 to get you started shooting. I also am not destitute nor do I desperately need to sell these. Low-balls will cheerfully be ignored. I can email better pics if needed. Thanks for your time.
Location:Bloomington/Bedford/Bloomfield area(travel will be limited as my time doesn't permit)
