I purchased this rifle new in July 2019 from Honey Creek Tackle. I've shot 80 rounds total and this rifle is very accurate. Included is a Talley picatinny 20 moa base rail and Seekins 3.0 SRS rail. Optics, mount, bipod, and SilCo ASR device are NOT included, they will be used on another project. Do not confuse this one with the B-14 HMR, the Premier series has numerous upgrades. Asking $1,400
