Being the eternal optimist with regard to the second amendment, I am sure ATF will work overtime to figure out how to ban these without due process.

That said I can't wait to play with one!!!

If its going after the military and LEO market you'd assume it would be at least operational by a south paw....... But thats just a wild guess. Im dying to see a MSRP on one......

They already have. you remember the 'shotgun study' the atf was doing to see if they'd continue to allow the importation of shotguns... well apparently the study is done.

I'm looking for the actual text, but according to firearmscoalition.org:
    Quote:
Under the definitions contained in this study, virtually all pump-action and semi-auto shotguns would be banned because all of them are capable of accepting a magazine – box or tube – capable of holding more than 5 rounds.

    source article: Save Shotguns

comments based on the study can/should be sent to: shotgunstudy@atf.gov

Being made in the US would make it exempt from that though, right? Because I know the company was originally going to just import them for LEOs and military and they acknowledged there was no way the ATF would classify it as "sporting," but I guess they wanted more than just military sales.
