I have a buddy who wants to sell me one of those Wasr 10-63's from Century Arms. He has changed the stock to one of those Dragunov Stocks.

My question is this: Is it compliant to that 922r rule in this configuration? I don't really want to have to worry about changing the stock or anything else in order to comply with the rule of ten. I'm not too knowledgable on the subject and thought you guys may be able to help. If it's not in compliance like that I may just tell him I'm not interested.

    Thanks

I may be wrong, but I'm almost positive the 922r only counts on parts kits. I think the fully assembled ones have the american parts already on it (usually the trigger group, barrel, receiver, etc.)
