Ok, I've seen it before, and I'm pretty sure it's been posted on here, but can't seem to find it.

There's a link to an image with photos/graphics of several different barrel lengths with different handguard lengths on each one...

Want to get a good look and decide where I'm going with my shorter build, 16" or SBR, handguard length and such, want to get a good feel for how it'd look...

I know someone knows the image I'm talking about!
Arranged shortest to longest, top to bottom...

Google image search LaRue Stealth, that should help.

That's it! And I was wrong, it's longest to shortest top to bottom...

I'm building a LaRue Stealth right now, I've been staring at this a bunch lol!

Keep in mind, 7 inch is the standard carbine length. For a mid length 12'' is most common if you plan on adding lights and/or laser. Also, this depends on your front site, if it's a flip up or fixed site. Keep in mind your gas system, is it carbine or gas length regardless of barrel length. These all come into play. A 13 inch rail fits XTM rails perfectly, but that will get heavy on a mid lenth. If you buy an 18'' or 20'' barrel the 13 inch is good.

Well mine probably won't be LaRue, just wanted a visual comparison...

I am diggin the idea of a 14.5" barrel with about an 11" handguard though, not sure I want to pay the extra stamp tax right off the bat on my first "short-ish" rifle build...
