Remington 700 VTR

looking into buying one in the near future ! and i am looking for info on these.Anybody care to give their likes and dislike's and if you could do a do over would you buy it again??

The 223 Rem version comes in 1 in 9" and the 308 Win is 1 in 12", which are both better than the usual 700s but still not optimal. The barrel has an integral brake that is window dressing for a bolt rifle in either chambering.

The few I have had were nice shooters but I didn't and wouldn't pay a premium over an SPS.
