Does anyone have experience with the AR-15 Gold Trigger group in their AR 15? What is the primary difference between the single stage and two stage?

Thanks for the link. I'm trying to decide if I want the single stage or the two stage. I'm just a recreational shooter, but like to have nice equipment to maximize my ability.
