Finally got my BCM bcg (get them while you can !) for my SBR and was wondering I should install the o-ring for the extractor ? Ive read alot and some say no some say yes but they are mainly running 16in or above barrels. Being mine is 11.5in was wondering if I should just go ahead and install it for a little insurance. Put 200rnds through it tonite and it ran fine(just got the bcg today) Thanks

My opinion is you don't need to. I run a BCM upper and BCG and have not had any issues in over 9k rounds.

No it comes seperate in the packaging. Striped the bolt to make sure it wasnt already installed and to clean and inpect before firing.

    Gotcha.

If its working I'd say don't touch it. If you experience issues later you'll have it.
