20" Varmint barrel for AR?

I am building a varmint gun and have yet to find the barrel I want. I am looking for a 20" varmint barrel. Stainless or not it does not matter, but was looking really for a bull barrel. Honestly, I just want to know what others are 20" barrels people using and what kind of success they are having. Anyone like to share some insight/knowledge on their 20" barrels along with some pics?

RRA uses a Walther Lothar air gauged 20" barrel if I recall correctly and they guarantee 3/4 MOA with factory match ammo at 100 yards.

If you are looking to squeeze as much accuracy as possible out of your barrel I'd recommend going stainless.
