I will be around the richmond/ conersville area today and tomarrow. Does anyone know of any gun stores stocking mosins on the cheap?? I would like to buy a couple nice ones. Thanks for any help

That's pretty salty unless it was something unusual like a mint M44 or maybe a Finnish M39. For a 91/30, even an ex-sniper, that would be high.

They are hit and miss, had a guy come in and he fired one round and it just fell apart. Be careful of these cheap guns. Also they have stopped importing them due to some importation changes.

I haven't heard they'd stopped importing them, but I'm definitely skeptical about the "falling apart after one round". That would definitely be highly unusual for a Mosin, unless it had been abused by someone. They're workhorses generally speaking.
