Whats up INGO, just got this back today. Its a 20" DPMS AR15 model A15. I checked out Duracoats website and really liked their cammo patterns. I already was using a local smith named Ron Kemp for my firearm service needs and he has a duracoat service called Kemps Custom Coatings. So I took my AR to Ron Kemp in Jeffersonville and told him I wanted the Swiss Army cammo pak. This is what he did for me. So it ended up being a Christmas present to myself that I paid for in Sept. Lol!

I couldnt be happier with the results, it almost seems to pretty to shoot! ALMOST.

I really like it. Different is a good thing. I've got 3 builds lined up for this next year and I'm hoping to give them all a different look. One will probably end up a coyote gun so it'll be more traditional, the other 2 will all depend on the mood at the time as to colors and finish (duracoat or dipped).

    This needs a matching pistol.

    G34?

    92fs?

    Cz75?

That camo patter could make any of those more exciting.

Thats funny, I had thought to myself last night that I now need to get one of my
Pistols done to match the AR. Kemps has actually got my Springfield hi cap 1911 right now doing a trigger job. I thought of having it done for a moment but changed my mind. I am going to drop off my CZ75SPO1 Phantom when I pick up my Springer. I agree that the CZ will look good in the Swiss Army pattern.

    I didnt ask

For anyone who wants to hate on the swiss army duracoat thats ok. I didnt start a poll asking if it was "your thing" but I appreciate the worthless insight. Anyway when I got the rifle on trade someone had rattle canned it. Duracoat was the replacement. I got it like this

I never took a picture with original stock and plastic quadrai but it was all sprayed. Dont get mad that I dont care if its your thing. I like it and Im happy as hell to have it.

Come on man. You posted a Swiss Army Camo AR15 on a gun website. You had to be ready for some criticism. No reason to lash out at other guys. I personally think it looks cool, although I would never do it myself. I guess I fall into the "not my thing" category and am thus offering worthless insight. :(
