Looking to buy an AK

I haven't done much research on them but what would be the important things to look for to buy an AK. Any big suggestions out there to stay away from or things to specifically look for? Thanks in advance.

steer clear of IO. DDI has good stuff. You can get a decent WASR10. Aresenal make good rifles, and rifle dynamics make great AK's.


It really says a LOT to me that Jim Fuller of RD is running a DDI milled gun.
