    I am in the process of building an AR in .45 ACP. Using the Quarter Circle 10 Glock Lower, QC 10 Barrel and QC 10 BCG. I am just wondering what weigh buffer and length of buffer spring I should use. Any suggestions or recommendations are appreciated.
