Which type of shotshell for my Brownining Superposed

I cannot shoot steel thru my Browning Superposed ( full & modified ), so what can I use ? Looking for a duck load. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks .

You can shoot it through the Modified Barrel, just Not the Full Choke! It will Bulge the Full Choke Barrel. The Steel will not compress when it goes through the Choke like Lead does. I don't know of any Legal Waterfoul Load that acts exactly like Lead and will compress at the Choke.

I'll second the Bismuth. But, have you thought about sending your barrels to have the chokes opened up?

Call Browning before you use anything but Lead Shot. I had the same question after the Steel Shot came out, and Brownings answer is in my first post. Browning Customer Service Reps are some of the Best I've spoken to. 800-333-3288
