Ruger Internally suppressed Barrel?

Is this class 3 item? Or is it different because its an entire barrel? Seems like a neat idea for a 10/22 take down.

It is a NFA item, just like any other silencer or machine gun. They have made integral barrels for guns for a long time, this one just happens to fit on a Ruger take down.

- yeah it would, but then I couldn't use said suppressor on anything else and that's a mighty big financial commitment just to use it on one firearm kind of thing.
