PSA PA-10 20" Barreled Upper?

I have this complete PA-10 lower.

PSA GEN2 PA10 Complete MOE EPT Lower Receiver - Black - 516445374

It has a carbine buffer, will it work with a 20" barreled upper with a rifle length gas system, or should I stick with one of their 18" mid-length uppers?

Thanks, I don't know much about AR-10's, this will be my first.

Also, I read in several places that the 18" mid length uppers are over gassed, would the 20" rifle length upper help, or make it even worse?

Well I hope it works out, I ordered the 20".

The guns are already heavy as hell, I might as well have 2 more inches of barrel.
