What you say? The media is UNINFORMED regarding the crap they write? Please say it isn't so.

Considering that 300 BLK is widely available from major ammunition manufacturers at this point, it's hardly "peculiar" these days.

So one of the robbery suspects was the one doing the shooting? I don't know if it's just me or if that article is very hard to follow.

A crime gun not chambered in .22, .25, or for-tay or four-ten (for Tippecanoe County, consult your doctor for which gauge is right for your county)? Yes, that is peculiar.

    At the Ranch.
I believe its commonly referred to as 'fo-tay' (long o). :)

As the discussion thread in the other forum mentioned, that type of rig was probably stolen.

Only thing "peculiar" is hanging out with someone known as "Tuffy" and a bunch of folks you don't know at all.

From a crime standpoint, I do suspect .300 Blackout is not all that common. $1 / round or so is more than most crooks are willing to spend.

First.... don't news outlets proofread articles before releasing them?

Second, I love this from the comment section:

"How long can we continue to call ourselves a civilized society (and a Christian nation) while everyone in the USA can legally purchase a firearm?"

Um, no William, not everyone in the USA can legally purchase a firearm. Some would actually be breaking a gun control law doing so. I don't know which side of that line Tuffy, his brother, or their buddies fall.
