AR9 Firing Pin

I have a Diamondback AR9, need to get replacement firing pin, are firing pins interchangeable between Manufacturers? Will a Wilson Combat pin work in a DB9R? Called DB Support, call drops due to no answer.

you should also replace the firing pin spring as well just to be on the safe side
