    What options are there for carbines that accept M&P series 9mm mags? I know the keltec sub2000 has a m&p model. I am really looking for a 9mm ar lower but having a hard time finding anything. Everything is for glocks. Any help steering me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. {unless your direction is to switch over to glock lol}

    Well good luck.

    I am in the same boat. Looks like everything for the AR platform are Glock or Colt style mags. I would love to find one to run CZ mags because I already have those and didn't want to add more mags.

    Everything I have seen and read indicates that sub2000 is the only option for both of our problems.

    I have just concluded to run Glock when I do my build because they are everywhere and I have heard reports that some of the Colt mags can have feeding issues.

    Just my :twocents:.

    Not to say you couldn't build one for Glock mags and see if a simple modification to the M&P mag would work so the mag catch works. I would assume the mag thickness is close since they are both polly mags?

    If i remember correctly the some of the drop in mag adapters come with a template to cut out the plastic on the Glock mag so the mag catch works. You "may" be able to just put it on the M&P mag. although I thing the mag angles may be different.:dunno:
