Ak74 identification help

Looking at picking up an ak74 from a friend and need some help on identifying who built this rifle. It’s a Bulgarian parts kit per the markings on the barrel and the circle 10 on the trunnion, but on the bottom of the receiver it’s marked DAC, Glen Burnie MD, cal 545, serial #004. Can anyone tell me what the DAC stands for? Any help is appreciated
