    37 years ago I sold my 22-250 groundhog rifle, a Ruger M77V but the buyer didn't want the Redfield 6-18 that was attached to it. That scope set in a box of collected odds and ends all this time with stuff coming and going but it just never found a buyer or a home. A great GB buy on this old L79 Sako Forester in 22-250 with tall rings and now the 45 year old Redfield is back in action. It was just waiting for the right rifle.:)

    Wow! Cool story.

    I never let anything sit around like that. If I haven't touched it in a year its goes up for sale. If it doesn't sell in a week it's out for the garbage man.
