Just picked it up the other day.
5.56.Was told (and I believe) first owner bought it at Buckshot New Castle, took it home and shot it, (allegedly one 10 round mag), and brought it back.
I took it home, threw a cheapo center point on it,and, wow.
This thing is 1/4 minute capable all day long.Especially with good glass.At distance, don't know.Out to 200 yds, absolutely.
I do have to say I prefer the reciever mounted scopes versus the barrel mounted variant of scout rifle.
