I ordered a 80% lower in their Wolfpack Bronze. Before i started to finish it I noted two spots where the cerakote was flaking off. I called them and they sent a return label, but I'm being charged a 20% restocking fee on the refund. Needless to say I will never use them again.

Would they not exchange it for one that was finished properly? That would solve the restock fee.

Why order an 80% lower that needs finishing (and might get marred during the finishing process)?
You might want to consider a "raw" 80% lower and have it Cerekoted after it is finished?

Exactly, this makes absolutely no sense? You buy a partially finished item that needs milling, but the exterior finish has already been applied? Sounds like an internet complaint waiting to happen? OTOH, the company shouldn’t charge a restock on a defective item, even if they were morons for offering it for sale.

It makes perfect sense, to me. Dont concern yourself with my decision making. The point of the post is about their lack of customer service. Focus...

I recently bought a Wolfpack AW15, and it's garbage for accuracy. I've never seen anything this inaccurate. I emailed customer service with no answer. I tried calling, and their mailbox is full and they don't answer. If anyone is interested I can tell you more about it.
