Winchester 52c front sight base?

Hi,
I picked up a nice 52c but it's missing the scope blocks and front sight base.
Does anyone happen to know the base i need for the front sight?

I would like to put a Lyman 77 back on it, but need the front sight base.

Any ideas where one can be obtained?
