Where can I find a shotgun mag tube sling mount made in the US?

I'm looking for a sling mount for a 12ga magazine tube (870 style) similar to one of these, but made in the US:

Anyone know of anything? This is going on a Model 11 with an 870 mag extension and I would hate to put a Chinese sling mount on it. I can probably make something, but it'd be a lot easier to buy it if it's out there.

I have this one on my 870. You can remove the HK style clip point and underneath is a QD pocket.

The Model 11 has a moving barrel, same as a Browning A-5, so that style won’t work.

Im not sure if they’re made in the US, but Uncle Mikes has been around for years.

Looks like Uncle Mike became Uncle Commie around the early 2000s...

FWIW, since it looks like this is sort of a custom application, I think OP may consider just taking the mag tube down to the LGS and trying stuff until he finds one that would work and is made in USA. I may be optimistic here, but I would imagine that small accessories like that would still be in stock.
