Commercial spec stock and receiver extension, Cerakoted lower so it may have been an anodizing blem, Stock tube/end plate/castle nut are already installed without installing the takedown pin or detent/spring first...
Weird configuration, kind of a mystery, but hey $140 is a deal. Only a couple left...
