AR-15 question-.308

I finished building my first AR a few months back.. and now I want another one. I would like a .308 but i had a question for someone more knowledgable. Can I build a .308 upper receiver and get some .308 magazines and use it on the lower I have right now? or do i have to get a .308 specific lower and all the parts too?

No. You will need an AR-10 lower.

The 308 is a different lower. you can build one, but it is cheaper to buy one. Also Not all 308 lowers take the same mag.

No; 7.62x39 uses the AR-15 (5.56/.223) lower.
