Marline 336 (30/30) at Dicks for $350..good deal?

Dick's currently has a Marlin (336, I believe) for $350 with a no-name scope included. Is this a decent deal for a 30/30 rifle?

Looks like someone else is selling one on the board that is used for $400.

I was by both Plainfield and Bradis today. I think there were used 30-30 Winchester 94 and Marlin 336 rifles for $250-$350. I think $350 is a good deal for a new one.
