    This is another gun my grandfather left me when he passed, I know nothing about it as is usual with anything having to do with him.
    He had me shoot it when I was 8 :): then he had to take it to a gunsmith to have the plastic shell extracted..

    Top of barrel reads
    "SPENCER ARMS CO. WINDSOR CT. PAT APR 1882

    Left side of action reads "MOHONK" with engraved Indian head.

    Right side reads
    "Presented to
    Capt. Hugh Smiley

    By C.M. Spencer
    Jan 1st 1922"

    Every once in awhile I stick it up on the mantel but my wife gets pissy about it after awhile and she puts her girly **** back up..
