Shotguns in the bay

I know that shot is ok in the bays but is it ok to shoot the steel plates with 00 buck?
Also is it bad form to shoot those target backers with a bunch of 00 buck?
I don't want to be inconsiderate by raising hell with my new shotgun

You may shoot buckshot in the bays. Yes you can use the plastic target backers.
