    • Miller definitely was not the name on the badge. I saw Miller's photo on his blog, it wasn't him. I just left a message for an attorney in Indianapolis that Gun Owners of America recommended. I'll talk to him about my options and take it from there. Thanks for the info for Potesta. He might be useful as I move forward.
I haven't gone all the way through your newest thread about the Walgreens experience. Just wanted to try catching you before you wasted your time calling the station. When I called the cop there told me it was CC only, which is bull****.

My advice is to call Detective Commander Ralph Potesta of the Highland Police. He actually took the time to research OC laws and was very professional when I spoke with him. It angers me if he didn't contact Hammond PD like he said he would, but I'm guessing he did and the Hammond cops are just being dicks. If the cop was balding & older, it might've been the chief, Brian Miller. He's given me **** for OC'ing and I stood up to him. Officer Potesta's # is 838-1313 extension 3315. Mention you know about the situation with Eli (Highland Meijer), and Justin (me, first person to contact him about the Hammond PD). Ask what kind of action you can take against the officers, if any. I'm getting so sick of these cops who damn well know the law, but are trying to enforce a police state based on their opinions instead of the law. If you need someone to go with to give the cops **** let me know.
