We no longer use that system, and have gone with the itrader system. If you are looking for an individual, use the search function located in the upper right of that window (just below the string of page numbers). Enter the name of the person you are inquiring about and it produces a list of threads specific to that member.
Current system just involves going to the member in questions profile and looking at their itrader rating.
I don't know if that answers your question, let me know.
