Thanks for clearing that up, I figured "S*it rolls downhill", so we'd get clobbered, Thank You for getting and relaying some feedback, I can't get any of 'em to answer me, it's like I'm at work! LOL!

      Will be interesting, Thank You
I've been talking to board members this morning. Be sure you keep in mind that you and I as club members pay membership dues.... the "Club" (Deer Creek) pays "rent" to the realty board. The "rent" is what may double, NOT our membership dues...

There is a newsletter coming out..... we'll see what it has to say.
I haven't heard anything. I just tried to call one of the board members, but could only leave a voicemail. I'll let you know if I hear anything.
Hey - this just posted a little bit ago - in case you might miss it I thought I'd copy and paste it for ya:

      Happened to me
:ar15:Stopped by Pop Guns indoor range yesterday for my usual 50 rounds of stress releif using my Glock-26 in .9mm and was given a target and assigned to lane number one. Other shooters were in all the other occupied lanes two-five, etc etc, shooting my third string of ten rounds I was simply doing the usual aim and squeeze boogie, when WHACK a ricochet round from another firing lane hit one of the white metal support beams down range and struck my plastic protective shooting glasses right on the right eye, knocking them off the bridge of my nose.:dunno: I simply shook my head ("STUFF HAPPENS") and adjusted my shooting glasses/eye protection and got ready to finish off my mag:draw:I then noticed what I thought was a smudge on the lense of my shooting glasses right in the dead center of my right eye. Imagine my supprise when I went to wipe off said smudge and felt a divot of gouged plastic where the ricochet hit?!?

Wow I know ear and eye protection is mandatory at all indoor and most outdoor ranges and definatly mandatory BEFORE you enter the range at Pops.................but it made a believer out of me, instead of being ;):n00b::cool:
I am good to go, I showed the glasses to my wife who agreed I was lucky. I have had hot brass get stuck under my glasses before leaving a quick burn, but this was different.

Hey, I see you're searching forums (like meeeself). Trying to keep my posts limited to non-political issues - I'm up to 42 posts, and just learned I could have spent 10 bucks and been done with it.

Might be going to Indy tomorrow if i don't have a new case - you available?
Haven't talked to you or Chief Holland in a while. Just wanted to see how things are going and if yal needed anything. Also wanted to talk to the person who put together the first responder class a couple of yrs back. I am doing a class for a local business and am missing a few details from the state side.

      Thanks, Matthew
