I bought this about a year and a half ago. It's unlocked and should work with any carrier. I used it on ATT.
About 3 weeks ago, it started a continuous boot loop. I looked up the warranty, and found it was a year. So, I went and got a new phone. Then more research revealed it was a prevalent enough issue they extended the warranty for this problem only. So, I sent it in and they fixed it. Paperwork says they replaced the board, and it is back in hand and working again.
It was not abused, always in a case, never wet.
Comes with charger and cable (USB C), Seidio Surface case with holster. and Seidio charging cradle. Unfortunately, I sent it back in with the original box and they didn't return that!
