This was pulled from a local business office in May 2016, along with all the toner and other supplies. The toner and other supplies have been sold already.

It works fine, and has the upgraded 550 sheet paper feed plus the heavy duty rolling cart.

If you already have one of these this would make an excellent emergency backup, or if you want to have a small-business-class color laser printer for the first time, these are very good and there's lots of support available for them.

How much are the toner replacement and does it need one as it sits?

Toner costs vary depending on whether you want Dell factory toner normal/high yield, and whether you're willing to accept non-dell replacement cartridges. About $200 a set for compatible, and about twice that for Dell brand. The printer as it sits has various amounts of toner left in it, with black being the most depleted. It will still print at this time for a little bit longer.
