    1988 Chevrolet K5 Blazer 4X4 (mileage exempt)
5.7L/350ci TBI fuel injected V8 (New GMP Vortec long block)
    700R4 Automatic Overdrive Transmission
    NP-208 Conventional Transfer Case w/ 2Hi, N, 4 Hi, 4 Lo
New front brakes/hoses - New front Warn locking hubs - New Michelin tires/Cragar wheels including spare
    PowerTrax "Lock-Right" rear differential upgrade

Truck was purchased on Ebay and shipped to Indiana from Nevada approximately 5 years ago. Extremely clean frame / undercarriage with minor surface rust. Original red "Apple" paint is faded from Navada and shows minor surface rust in places. Black Line-X was applied to the lower exterior of the body for rust protection and NOT in an attempt to cover up any holes. The body panels are extremely solid. The Line-X was also applied to the originally white, removable, fiberglass top. I have had the top off one time, and all the seals were replaced when the top was remounted on the truck. The top does not leak.

Original TBI 350 was replaced approximately 5 years ago with a GM Performance parts # 12530283 long block. Vortec heads, hydraulic roller cam, 1 piece rear main seal, etc. Topped with a GM Performance Parts # 12496821 TBI/Vortec intake manifold. Still equipped with (what I assume is) the original 700R4 AOD and NP 208 TC. The engine was converted to serpentine belt drive accessories at the time of engine change. The TBI computer chip was replaced with a programed performance chip from Harris Tuning. The truck runs best on 89 or higher octane fuel to prevent knocking. New engine has less than 5,000 miles.

Mostly original tan vinyl interior is in great condition. Has black vinyl flooring.

Original factory service manuals, 1988 dealer brochure, and miscellaneous spare parts including new shocks, included with the truck.

    -Major Issues-

    - Original AC truck needs updating to R134 system and serpentine driven compressor (currently has no AC)
    - Heater/AC blower motor needs replaced (have new motor to go with truck, needs installed)
    - Driver/Passenger door seals need replaced
    - Rear window operates up and down but screeches and needs attention
    - Fuel tank was drained/cleaned at time of engine change. Fuel pump and sending unit were replaced but tank level gauge is slow to register and may need attention.
    - Small oil leak needs to be located and addressed
