Has anyone done business with Legacy Firearms Co?

I received a holster from the after a long wait (expected), but it does not match the specifications of my order. I just sent them the fourth communication (3 emails and one product review solicited by them via email), with the first on 05/16/2018. I have not received any reply to any of my previous two emails or the product review. I have not tried to call on the telephone (I should not have to call on the phone when I ordered online and it's difficult for me to make voice calls during business hours).

If you have experience with them or have a contact there, please let me know. Thanks!

I just sent a fifth message via the "contact us" feature on their web site. Maybe they will read that and respond?

I sent the email with delivery and read verification and they are receiving and opening them.

Not a good way to do business.

Is it time to start talking about this in a much more public online place?

Did you ever get this resolved? I’m looking at 48 holsters and they’re one of a few places that offer the configurations I’m looking for.
