Selling an upper that I snagged up for a budget build. I bought this during the labor day sale that Primary Arms had. It was sold complete with BCG and charging handle. I believe it's a Bear Creek upper. It was sold with a note that the quad rail was a blem, citing that the rail sections could be out of spec. I planned to swap the rail out for M-lok rail anyway so it didn't bother me. I haven't put a round through it yet. I do also have the test fire rounds that came with it.
