Private event?

I'm curious who I would contact about doing a private shoot this summer. I'm helping out with the central Indiana Pheasants Forever (youth) and thought this might be a good thing for our boys and girls to do! I've been through an Appleseed, and from what I have gathered, the old Indiana Appleseed instructors are now here! So, can someone let me know who to contact to see if this is even a possibility, or send me a PM here with info. Thanks!
