IDPA at BGSL this saturday the 17th

There are several of us from the Evansville area going down again for the IDPA match at Bluegrass Sportsmans League. Some went last month and we had a great time. They run a very good match down there and usually has at least 7 courses of fire. We will be meeting at Dale and heading down early Saturday morning. Maybe a trip to Buds or Orion Arms too.

We will be leaving Dennys at 0430.They have a new shooter session that all people who have not shot a a match at BGSL must attend. This time we have some people who have to attend the class so we have to leave an hour earlier for them so 0430. Last month we shot 7 stages and were done by 1230 then they shot a classifier. None of us brought enough ammo to shoot it though.

I'll be there! AND I'll have enough ammo just in case they would run a classifier again.

Will there be a lot of walking? I can bring a wagon.

That is CST or Evansville time. Not much walking at all real cool set up there.

I have to work so will not be able to make it now. Tim, Jim and Tammy are going together though. Will be plenty of room for you. Get the safety briefing out of the way too.

Got back from BGSL. They run a first class operation! Hope to go back there. Drive (and getting up at 03:00 hrs!) wasn't the funest, they should move closer to the center of the universe - Evansville. Now to get my scores.....

BGSL is pretty amazing! The match there is ran very well. I didn't count the rounds, but we shot a lot of rounds per stage. This was the first shooting range that I've been to where you could get lost!
