    TJ and I can't make it - we're visiting some friends/family down south. We will attend the USPSA match at South Central on Sunday though.

    Does steel at Riley start from a holster? This is a noticeable difference for the FNS crowd.
    Most of the regular USPSA-type divisions start from a holster.

    In the past, there has been a GSSF division and I assume it'll still be an option. It starts from low ready and I'm pretty sure it's for production style guns with the only difference being the start position. Of course .22s are allowed to start from low ready also. Hopefully Coach will chime in and confirm.

    Thanks for the info. I wanted to make sure that the FNS folks knew to bring a holster, but it sounds like there may be a division that accommodates low ready position.

    We do holster and no holsters. We have rimfire divisions with iron sights and red dots. We do rimfire rifles with and without optics, and we are separating the rimfire pistol and rifle this year by popular demand. The USPSA divisions recognized are Open, Limited, Production, and even single stack.

    In short we have more division than as high school band competition.:)

    4 stages, 5 targets per stage, 5 runs per stage

    4x5x5 = 100 if you don't miss

    The above numbers are correct as best I can figure, but I am not very good with math. Your round count may vary.

    Can you believe he had the audacity to put all the necessary information in the OP!?! Sorry guys, I apparently read right over the top of it.

    So it sounds like 300 or 400 should be enough? :draw:
