SILVER CREEK USPSA 6/9/2013

SILVER CREEK CONSERVATION CLUB will host thier monthly USPSA match this Sunday, June 9, 2013. 6 stages, 168 rounds. Match fee $15 Silver Creek members, $20 non members, RO's shoot for $5. Saturday set up crew shoots the match free. Registration will be in the club house beginning @ 8am. Squadding will be available at the registration desk. Final target placement will begin Sunday morning 8am. Shooters meeting 10:20am. Hammer down 10:30am.

We are using Practiscore on Kindles for scoring.

If you pick a squad, then please stay in it.

The last time we had some squad jumpers and it messed up the scoring.

A fun match today with over 60 shooters. Rained a little on the last two stages but not too bad. Great stages including a 30 round field course with 22 pieces of steel including a Texas star and polish plate rack.
Had a average match with 3 misses. Done some stupid stuff like shot the Texas star 5 for 5 and did a reload (revolver) to engage a single plate in the same array, dumping a moon clip with 1 round left in it
Still loved the Steel stage.

Fun Match, lots of steel--- wonder how many bottles of Makers Mark it took to come up with stage 4---The Star, Polish Plate rack--- and 7 re shoots for the squad that started there. Way to Dave, Lee and SCCC crew. Only 1 mike on the day but have ejection problems on 3 different stages. New spring in the Aftec!!!!

Thanks Paul...we had actually had the match synced and scored at 5pm, when Dave and I stopped by the club house on the way out after taking down some stages.

I then came home, grabbed a shower and some dinner then finished them.
