South Central Steel Match - 14 Nov 15

[Rescue Loadmaster]

It's that time again for our monthly steel match this Saturday. This will most likely be our last match of the year unless the weather permits. We will have 5 stages as always, with the 5th stage being the Texas Star. Since this is the last match (possibly) we will also have the second Star set up for a side match afterward so we can do a little dueling. For those of you who were present the last time we did this, it was a lot of fun and very challenging. If you are new to competitive shooting, then this is a great match to get your feet wet into the shooting sports.

Setup - 0800
Registration - 0900
First Shot - 1000

Match Fee: $10 per gun, Juniors shoot for free

Minimum round count will be 100 but I would bring 150 if you plan on only shooting the match, and 200 if you plan on staying to prove yourself in the dueling side match.

SCGC operates under cold range rules and there will be plenty of safe areas for use.

It will take place at South Central Gun Club in Freetown, Indiana. Non-members are welcome and highly encouraged to participate.

That should be all you need. A chair or stool is nice as well.

If you can hit them in the center they will fall off. That'sa BIG IF!!!!!

I don't think it will reliably. I honestly can't remember from the last time we used it. I will also be shooting a centerfire pistol this month, smartass

Just finished up designing the stages. I think everyone will enjoy this one. They are all pretty fast stages and a great way to finish out the year (probably). See everyone tomorrow!
