Any WSSC'ers here?

Greetings,

I'm trying to locate anyone who is currently a member of the West Side Sportsmans Club in Evansville.

My wife and I are originally from Evansville, but we moved away about 25 years ago. We just recently moved back, but for all wants and purposes, know no one from the area.

WSSC requires that you have a sponsor to apply for membership. So, basically, we're hoping to find someone who might be able to sponsor us on our applications.

Because of my work, I don't have much opportunity to make it to the club on weekends to participate in the competitions, so it's hard making any connections that way.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

I thought they did away with the sponsor portion of the application but maybe I am getting a few things confused.

No, I wish they had. We moved away to Colorado back in the 90's and basically lost track of everyone we knew out here. It makes it difficult joining clubs like this, especially when I don't currently have the time to shoot in any events to get to know anyone.
