weather question for atterbury rifle matches.

How does CIHPRS handle inclement weather for the scheduled matches. What weather situations would cause them to cancel/reschedule? I was trying to decided If I am gonna register for this weekends match but the weather is suppose to be cold and freezing rain.

For the 3x600/1000 prone matches we can put up tents and it pretty much takes an act of god to cancel. 3/5/6 matches if it is bad enough will make it a 3x600 and shoot under tents. Across the course if it is misting/light rain we will shoot. If its going to be a downpour we will cancel. The main issue with the matches where we are moving yardlines is keeping the server and the tablets dry. You need to register online ahead of time and you don't have to pay until you get there. But that way your on the list and I can send you the information as far as times, etc. or if we cancel you will get it ahead of time. But from what I'm seeing so far we will shoot.
